Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
Ensure timely access to systems, staff, and resources as needed
Make timely payments for services rendered
Maintain regular backups unless otherwise contracted
Fees are specified in the service agreement or quotation.
Invoices are payable within [e.g., 15] days of receipt.
Late payments may incur a [e.g., 2%] monthly interest.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
All intellectual property developed by us remains our property until full payment is made.
Upon full payment, ownership of project-specific deliverables may transfer to the client.

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data. Clients also agree not to disclose any proprietary information, business practices, or processes of Prime Services.
We will not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or business interruption
Issues caused by third-party services or software
Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project or service.
Either party may terminate services with [e.g., 15] days' written notice. Upon termination:
Outstanding fees are immediately due
Any remaining work will be billed proportionally
Access to deliverables may be restricted until full payment
Support terms (response time, coverage, etc.) will be outlined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), if applicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
