Monthly/annual subscriptions or maintenance plans after 7 days of activation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
If a refund is issued for a service partially completed, the refund amount will be prorated based on the work completed.
In case of a dispute regarding service quality or delivery:
Both parties agree to first attempt a resolution via discussion or mediation.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if sufficient evidence shows the service was delivered as per agreement.
